Amazing Jacket Potato Fillings

Now that the cold weather has drawn in, and the days are getting shorter, it’s a great time to start eating oven-roasted jacket potato as they are such a great comfort food.  You can use so many different fillings for Jacket potatos so here I am going to give you a few I have at home.

  • Chicken in Reggae Reggae sauce with spring onions and roasted peppers
  • Chilli con carne with crushed nachos and grated cheese
  • Hummus and grated carrot
  • Beef and ale stew
  • Red Thai chicken curry
  • Tomatos, mozzerella, basil, olive
  • Chicken tikka, mint yogurt, chopped red onion
