Eggs Benedict is a really good breakfast dish. Most of us view it as a decadent dish which we treat ourselves to in a hotel or on a special occasion. Most of us also think that it is very difficult to make, but, it isn’t really too hard a dish to master and if you do it well, your family are sure to be impressed with your culinary skills. Below are some tips which will enable you to make perfect eggs Benedict every time.

1. The first thing you should do is poach your eggs. To do this you should boil some water with a couple of table spoons of vinegar added. You should them stir the water so that a whirlpool forms in the middle of the pan of water. Add the egg to the water and cook for 4 or 5 minutes to create a perfect poached egg.
2. The sauce used in eggs Benedict is a hollandaise. You make this using eggs and butter. If you make your hollandaise in a double boiler thermos it will come out perfect every time because it has just the right temperature to create an emulsion of the butter and eggs.
3. Serve your eggs on a muffin with some ham and veggies for a perfect breakfast dish.
