  • Help keep you skin clear, and your hair and nails healthy.
  • Keep your blood at the right temperature as well as assisting your body produce white blood cells.
  • Allow for your muscles to repair and grow after exercise.
  • Help your brain process better, including dealing with stress and helping short-term memory.
