Drinking the right amount of water each day is one of the best things you can do to keep your body running healthily.

- Assist your stomach in digesting hard to break down foods such as fibre and fats.
- Help keep you skin clear, and your hair and nails healthy.
- Keep your blood at the right temperature as well as assisting your body produce white blood cells.
- Allow for your muscles to repair and grow after exercise.
- Help your brain process better, including dealing with stress and helping short-term memory.
