The chopping board of the future
Posted on | May 8, 2008 |
Designed by Jim Termeer & Jess Giffin, this concept chopping board has an in-built weighing area for precise and quick measuring of ingredients.
So imagine following a recipe which requires measurements of three different vegetables… By using this concept chopping board you will not need to transfer the vegetables to separate weighing scales, and you will only chop what you need as you will be able to see exactly how much is being chopped thanks to the ‘digital ink’ display.
The chopping board is concept at the moment, but it has been suggested that it could be on sale within the next five years.
